Terms
Plain-language terms for using Circled. By using it, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13. If you're under 18, use Circled with a parent or guardian's permission.
What Circled is, and isn't
Circled helps you study: it explains, quizzes you and checks your work. It uses an AI model, and AI can be wrong. Explanations, grades and corrections can contain mistakes, so check anything important against your course material and your teacher. Circled isn't a substitute for your class, and a good result in Circled doesn't guarantee a grade.
Use it honestly
Use Circled to learn, not to cheat. Don't use it during a test, quiz or graded assignment unless your instructor allows it, and follow your school's academic integrity rules. You're responsible for how you use it.
Your material
You keep the rights to what you upload, write and share. Only upload material you're allowed to use for your own study. When you share a set of questions or a photo, you let us show it to the people you share it with (or, for the gallery, publicly). Don't share anything with names, student IDs, graded work or someone else's private information.
Don't misuse it
Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, don't use it to send spam or harmful content, and don't use automated tools to pull data from it. We may limit or close accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Circled running, but it's provided as is, without guarantees, and features or daily limits may change. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, if you have an account, tell you by email.
